The Division of Worker's Compensation was in need of a brand refresh to better reflect and connect to the workers and employers it serves. In addition to updating the overall look and feel to be more user-friendly and contemporary, I specifically chose visuals to resonate with the customers, stakeholders and partners they are targeted to. Deliverables included print, digital and social.
Injured Worker's Guide
The Worker's Comp process can be cumbersome and difficult to follow for people who need to file a claim. I wanted to create a visually interesting and friendly guide to help customers understand the he process. This was accompanied with digital, social and email and a Spanish language version as well.





















Employer's Guide 2020
The Worker's Comp process can be just as overwhelming and confusing for employers as it is for workers. We created a complementary guide to the Injured Worker's Guide to help them with the process as well. This was also accompanied with digital, social and email and a Spanish language version as well.
